Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop an HRIS team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to HR, IT, and executive leadership on HR technology initiatives.
- Provide clear direction, allocate resources, and manage priorities to deliver impactful solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions, including system selection, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other enterprise systems, such as payroll, benefits, and timekeeping platforms.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of HRIS projects.
- Proven track record of leading HRIS implementations and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Infor (Highly preferred) Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
