Key Responsibilities:-
Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in overseeing all café operations, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that the café consistently delivers exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels. Handle customer concerns and feedback promptly.

Inventory & Ordering: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stock organization, and ensuring proper inventory levels. Attention to detail in maintaining inventory records is crucial.
