What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Coordinator position at BravoTECH?
The Procurement Coordinator II is responsible for providing a customer service approach, while supporting the buyer and key technical personnel with processing requisitions, system receiving and invoice resolution. The ability to work in a team environment and quickly adapt to change in priorities and work direction are keys to success in this role!

Responsibilities / Expectations :
Creates system materials, services requisitions and receipts to meet our internal customer demand
Provides support for procure-to-pay process, requisitioning, bidding, receiving, and invoicing; assists in the sourcing and contracting process
Communicates and collaborates with our business partners and remote team members
Follows our Procurement Policy
Resolves inquiries and feedback from our internal and external customers
Supervises the status of pending orders to meet delivery requirements
Prepares and provides reports and updates to management
Understands the importance of documentation
Other duties as assigned
Education / Years of Experience :
Required : High School Diploma / GED; a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in oil and gas, supply chain / pipe, valve and fittings
Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience in a technical field
