Bray and Company is a multi-division, community oriented, Western Colorado company. Formed in 1946, our core focus is “Enriching the lives of those we serve”, with a niche for being “All things real estate.” We are looking for an outgoing individual to be our Office Administrative Assistant for our Sales and Property Management Office in Rifle.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
2. Customer Service:
- Assist clients with inquiries, providing information about our services, properties, and company policies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and staff, coordinating calendars and ensuring efficient use of time.
- Resolve client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the office, including but not limited to brokerage, property management, and maintenance.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with marketing, property data entry, filing, scanning, and other clerical tasks to support office operations.
4. Office Coordination:
- Coordinate conference room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and organized.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and common areas.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations and support team cohesion.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual is preferred
- Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor with co-workers, agents and clients.
- Must be proficient in the use of office equipment including computers, fax machines, printers, copiers and scanners.
- Must be a self-starter with the drive and enthusiasm for quality.
- Must be detail oriented with a focus on organization.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle disruptions.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an ability to work well with others, under pressure.
- Must have a proficient understanding of computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
