Brayman Construction is seeking a driven and dynamic Headhunter with a proven track record in the construction industry . Possessing a deep understanding of the construction sector, a robust network, and an aggressive approach to identifying and securing top talent. This role demands a resourceful, competitive, and results-oriented professional capable of handling high-pressure recruitment needs across various construction roles, from site managers to executive-level positions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and identify top talent in the construction industry using innovative and aggressive recruiting techniques (cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Develop a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for a range of positions, including project managers, engineers, site supervisors, estimators, and executives.
- Target passive candidates in the industry, with an emphasis on high-level professionals who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to facilitate ongoing recruitment needs.
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations of candidates, ensuring alignment with client needs and job specifications.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, negotiation, and placement.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, project timelines, and company culture.
- Provide market insights and advise on hiring strategies, salary expectations, and talent trends within the construction industry.
- Meet aggressive recruitment targets, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, progress, and feedback in the recruitment pipeline.
