Part-Time Front Desk Representative
Location: Brazos Valley MMA and Fitness – Post Oak Mall, College Station, TX
Hours: 8–15 hours per week
Schedule: Evening shifts between 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour Commission Bonuses Employee Discounts

About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front Desk Representative to be the face of our gym! You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests—helping them feel welcome, supporting daily operations, and contributing to a fun and professional environment. If you enjoy staying active, solving problems, and interacting with people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and check them in for classes
- Handle sales, memberships, and contract entries
- Respond to phone, text, and email inquiries
- Keep retail inventory organized and stocked
- Perform light janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness
- Enter data and track information accurately
- Support and implement new processes or ideas
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all members

- Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and customer service
- Organized and detail-oriented with solid math skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Sales experience preferred
- Must be available during the school year and summer
