Job Summary / Basic Function :
- Responsible for Student Engagement programming of the college
- Lead and direct initiatives focused on First-Year Experience (New Student Success)
- Supervise Student Wellness and Basic Needs program.
- Supervise and assess Health and Wellness Programs
- Develop the strategic plans to provide new student organization programs.
- Hire, train, and evaluate Student Engagement student workers.
- Determine departmental budget needs.
Physical Demands : Able to traverse campus, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, fine dexterity, bending, vision, hearing, talking, and ability to drive off-campus to meetings.
