Operating under the network, Be Real Be Humble, we offer online entertainment as well as video production services such as social media content campaigns, event videography, social media video advertisements, blockbuster style commercials, educational videos and much more. We currently operate in Vermilion County, Champaign-Urbana, Bloomington & Peoria, Illinois with plans to expand in the near future.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to help build our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and performance analytics. This role requires a well spoken creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing campaigns revolving around content creation tailored to a variety of different businesses.
Responsibilities
- Attend local meetings and networking events for BRBH Media.
- Prospecting and contacting potential clients who are in need of creative assets for their advertising needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Help manage, post & create engaging social media content across various platforms.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Attend team meetings to discuss quarterly goals, team member Q&A, creative collaboration and more. (Meetings may be held at our local office.)
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in digital marketing.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a strong track record of driving growth through effective strategies. (Preferably in media sales.)
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including performance marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- A strong knowledge of social media marketing and the importance of creative assets.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design purposes is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic film equipment and how content is produced.
- Experience in budgeting for marketing campaigns and managing financial resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
