About the Role: As a Customer Service / Experience Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting potential and current customers with service information and scheduling online inquiries. Handling customer service requests via phone, online submissions, texts, and online marketing requests will be central to this role. Expect a high volume of inbound and outbound inquiries, calls, texts and emails. Successful candidates will exhibit a strong sense of urgency, superior customer service skills and some sales acumen as we strive to capitalize on every opportunity. Dispatch skills are also essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound inquiries
- Schedule appointments for Brda services
- Handle customer service requests via phone, online submissions, texts and online marketing requests
- Assist in managing all incoming leads and lead flow
- Conduct outbound sales calls as time allows
- Manage job closeouts
- Continue to help us better our services
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have experience in the electrical industry, preferably in residential and light commercial
- Possess Service Titan experience
- Be flexible, adaptable, and a multitasker
- Demonstrate attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Showcase competitiveness, goal orientation, and excellent communication skills
- Be customer-oriented and a proactive problem solver
- Ability to establish and maintain professional, positive relationships with both customers and coworkers
- Strong typing skills
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, with after-hours opportunities

Compensation Package:
- Hourly plus commission
