Who you are : As a Director of Project Management at BRDG Studios, you will oversee the Project Management department and ensure its alignment with client needs and company growth. Reporting to executive leadership, you will manage departmental operations, nurture client relationships, and drive strategic project development. Your role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing project processes and systems, and mentoring talent to achieve excellence in project delivery. This role will support both administrative, strategic and operating needs of the Project Management department and is an integral part of our cross collaborative work environment. This role is onsite at our Philadelphia office.
Role Responsibilities : Effectively manage and grow the project management department in alignment with revenue projections and company goals.Develop & own department goals and objectives that tie directly to overarching business goals.Collaborate with HR partner and CEO to manage department performance reviews.Partner with Controller to manage P&L, budgets, financial projections & billing of projects.Lead the development, implementation and upkeep of Project Management SOPs and systems, including but not limited to scope of work agreements, system implementation and budget auditing.Support and mentor your team of Project Managers in the career development, process improvement and create a standard of excellence for the PM team.Work with Sales, Design, Creative Technology and Production to deliver on client expectations and manage timelines and deliverables in real time.Approve and manage teams scope of work agreements and contracts ensuring financial accuracy of real and anticipated costs.Work directly with Sales to onboard new accounts, fostering strong client relationships and delivering high levels of service.Act as a client liaison during on-site visits, identifying opportunities to expand services.
