What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Taking ownership of implementing marketing initiatives from concept to completion! We will have clear deliverables WEEKLY for you to follow-up on
- Converting my ideas into polished graphics, posts, and email campaigns
- Creating systems to organize and schedule our content pipeline
- Providing the technical skills in design and digital marketing that complement myideation
- Helping me stay consistent with our marketing efforts
- Contributing your own creative insights while executing on established vision

Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Creation
- Meet weekly with the founder to develop content strategies and plans
- Create and schedule content 30 days in advance
- Design graphics and visual content using Canva
- Draft engaging copy for social media posts and email campaigns
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Schedule and post content consistently
- Monitor engagement and provide insights on performance
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices
- Email Marketing
- Create and send email campaigns using Flodesk
- Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences
- Track email performance metrics
- Website Maintenance
- Update website content as needed
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms
- Administrative Support
- Organize marketing materials and digital assets
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to marketing
- Research industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Experience with social media management (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency with Canva for graphic design
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Flodesk preferred)
- Comfort with AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies*
- Strong written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Interest in entrepreneurship and business growth
