About The Opportunity
BRE Hotels & Resorts is searching for a full-time Office Manager for its New York City office.
Responsibilities
$31.25 To $36.06. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.

About The Opportunity
BRE Hotels & Resorts is searching for a full-time Office Manager for its New York City office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities and events, including catering, outings, and stakeholder communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the building landlord, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and building regulations while promptly addressing any concerns.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office environment, ensuring a tidy, neat and professional workspace for all employees.
- Minimum attendance of Monday through Thursday.
- Maintain organized files and records in compliance with guidelines and regulations.
- Provide guidance to staff to ensure adherence to office standards.
- Manage office supplies and materials to ensure availability and organization.
- Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in reconciliation of accounts and balances related to office operations.
- Resolve operational issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Assist and support management with various office projects and initiatives.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of office management best practices.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including managing credentialed website portals.
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to complete multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience supporting office operations in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software systems and tools.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Experience in event planning or coordination.
