Responsibilities

- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately, including handling payments and providing change as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety standards.
- Uphold fine dining etiquette and standards while providing exceptional guest relations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server role or within the culinary field is preferred but not required.
