Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the team on delivery of continuous improvement of new marketing workflows and tools and with the enhancement of existing marketing workflows and tools. This role is expected to deliver on the right experience for end users through executing implementations of existing tool enhancements as well as supporting and executing integrations and implementations of new workflow tools, to address the business opportunity and enable rapid growth. Helps with configuration, training, reporting, help and support, communication and supporting balance of the team.

Essential Job Functions

  • Review business requirements, understands customer experience priorities and builds user experience (UX) with other team members. Receives direction related to the configuration of enhancements. Reviews and executes against detailed business requirements. Partners with the team on configuration and implementation of tool enhancements. Delivers end user experience, meeting business priorities. - (40%)
  • Supports marketing workflows and tools process improvements with operational excellence. Address operational and tool issues and supports process improvements. Builds understanding of the tool features and delivers excellent end user experience through tool and process enhancements. - (30%)
  • Assists in creating user experience scenarios for workflows and tools owned by team. Provides clear updates to peers and leaders on project status and configuration issues or roadblocks. Assists leaders with mitigating ongoing risk associated with platform performance. Develops knowledge of agile development methodologies and end-to-end product/project delivery. - (20%)
  • Gains understanding of key workflow and tool measurements (performance, resources, etc.), and their impact on the business. Gains understanding of the data leveraged to continuously inform and improve the workflow and tool set to meet end user and business needs. - (10%)


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-1 years experience in Product Management, Business Configuration, Marketing Workflow, Workflow Management, Marketing Execution.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • 2 years experience in in Product Management, Business Configuration, Marketing Workflow, Workflow Management, Marketing Execution; understanding of Agile development methodologies; end-to-end product delivery; Foundation of product management/marketing management, at various levels

Work Environment

  • Normal office environment. (Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location.

Typical Pay Range

$26.55 - $48.05

Full Pay Range For Position

California: $30.50 - $60.10

Colorado: $26.55 - $50.45

New York: $29.20 - $60.10

Washington: $27.85 - $55.25

Maryland: $27.85 - $52.85

Washington DC: $30.50 - $55.25

Illinois: $26.55 - $52.85

New Jersey: $30.50 - $55.25

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.

Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates, both full time and part time, can immediately enroll in Bread Financial’s 401(k) plan.

All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Full-time hourly associates receive a bi-annual grant of Paid Time Off (“PTO”) in each January and July based on their service date and scheduled hours, whereas newly hired full time hourly associates in their first year of employment receive a prorated PTO grant on their 61st day of employment based on the month of hire and scheduled hours. Associates will receive a payout of any unused PTO, up to 40 hours, paid out in the next calendar year (except associates in Alaska, California, Colorado, Montana and Nebraska who are paid for all unused PTO). Additionally, hourly associates (except those in California) generally receive 72 hours of Paid Sick Leave Plus (“PSL ”) per calendar year, with a pro-rated grant in the associate’s first year of employment to the extent allowed by applicable law. If additional PSL is required in a particular jurisdiction, the company with comply with applicable law. Unused PSL does not carry over from one calendar year to the next unless required by applicable law. Instead of PSL , hourly associates in California receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.

Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
