Job Description
We are looking for experienced or trained bakers to join our team. The ideal candidate will hav experience with sourdough and/or laminated french pastries, as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently. We value team members who take pride in details, following recipes with accuracy, and are adaptive when learning new techiques. We are looking for someone who is reliable, and has a positive attitude. Available positions range from overnight bread bakers, morning pastry bakers, to afternoon prep-bakers.
Willing to train the right candidate regardless of professional experience, who can provide a body work to demonstrate skill level and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes to create consistent results.
- Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking.
- Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards.
- Communicate with team members in the kitchen and up front.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Keep track of inventory and alert management when something needs to be restocked.
