Position: Sous Chef
Hours: 5 days a week, 7am- 4pm.
Breadbelly is a creative modern bakery cafe located in the Inner Richmond of San Francisco. Coming this summer, we will also be opening a second location in the Dogpatch neighborhood. Oppurtunites at both locations are available.
Hello,
We are looking for the individual that wants the next step in management from line cook to Sous Chef. This position has the potential to grow into a leadership position that has, influence on the froth of the company and its daily operations.

Job Descriptions:
Sous Chef
- Ordering and inventory
- Strong communication skills, verbally and electronically
- Daily prep list with cooks, ability to forecast and plan
- Assist line cooks on the griddle station and expo fryer station
- Strong expo and prep skill set
- Responsible for oversight of all daily mise en place, station setup/ break down and execution of service
- Must be able to read tickets and communicate with other line cooks while working
- You will be cooking with a variety of methods and ingredients in fast paced service
- Leads by example while maintaining cleanliness and food standards
- Must be able to follow instructions and recipes
- Will be in charge of running the daily operations with the chef de cuisine.
