The Executive Assistant provides support to the founder and executives with a key focus on integrating various components within our portfolio to establish a cohesive whole through a detail-oriented approach.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Execute daily administrative duties such as managing emails and phone communications, organizing files, maintaining records, handling mail, and similar tasks.
- Aid in the planning, coordination, and execution of productive meetings as required, representing executive leaders when necessary, and ensuring pertinent information and action items are addressed post-meeting.
- Collaborate with department heads to enhance efficiency and achieve objectives by providing insightful suggestions, establishing key performance indicators for performance evaluation, and offering practical support when needed.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the founder; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate; keep the founder advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.

Rotate to portfolio locations as needed; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing unforeseen changes.
Qualifications & Skills
- >2 years experience in food and beverage, hospitality or related industry
- >4 years of project management and/or operations experience, preferably in food and beverage for >2 years, with a proven record of delivering results
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and related applications- this role requires above average technological literacy
- Experience with Quickbooks and/or Restaurant 365 reporting software strongly preferred
- Exceptional aptitude for problem solving- ease in dissecting ambiguous situations and providing thoughtful recommendations on next steps
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, strong quantitative and analytical dexterity, and ability to multitask
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
