Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition within your region
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers in your region
- Actively prospect and qualify leads to expand the company client base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements
- Source, qualify, and manage reps/agents in your region.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics or oil and gas industry, but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services
- Strong networking abilities and a customer-centric approach to relationship building
