ABA Clinical Supervisor (In-Person)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care, and providing guidance to clinical staff. This role requires a strong background in cABA services. The Clinical Supervisor will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical staff in the delivery of mental health services.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in clinical care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Facilitate training sessions on gender issues counseling, psychopharmacology, and art therapy.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Work closely with BCBA

Experience

• A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a clinical setting is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• A commitment to providing compassionate care and promoting client well-being.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
