The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field. Board-level reporting experience and demonstrated experience driving meaningful change in a collaborative fashion are highly valued.
Responsibilities include directing the design, development, implementation, and administration of all total rewards programs, evaluating and assessing current rewards programs to identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with leadership and management to understand their issues related to compensation, benefits, and other reward programs, and developing innovative solutions to address these issues.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits
* Board-level reporting experience and demonstrated experience driving meaningful change in a collaborative fashion
* Passion for innovation, straightforward and approachable leadership style, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
