EFT Coordinator

Overview

The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Coordinator will be responsible to processing vendor EFT draft notices for all BBG business units accurately and timely.  This role will complete the EFT forecasting on a weekly basis to monitor the company’s cash flow.  On occasion, the role will be responsible to reconciling the drafts and invoices posted with the bank disbursement account.       

 

This role must be based from our Tampa, Florida office location to accommodate the hybrid work schedule.(2 days in the office and 3 days from home).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the BSC-EFT inbox, upload drafts into Readsoft and verify all drafts in a timely manner. Match invoices to drafts and clear in SAP in a timely manner
• Pull missing EFT drafts from vendor portals and process according to policy.
• Complete weekly EFT forecasting and submit to Corporate Finance within designated timeframe.
• Determine any changes that would help increase efficiency and participate in testing, as needed.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in related area
• Excellent PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
• Proficient in 10-key by touch
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytic and Reporting skills
• Perform job duties in an accurate, proficient and timely manner
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3-5 years of experience in related area

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone

Competencies:

• Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
• Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
