Job Description
The Supplier Management Executive will lead the development and implementation of business plans with assigned suppliers. This role requires a strong understanding of trade development fundamentals, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective supplier management.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish business planning cadence with assigned suppliers
- Develop monthly execution/business plan for assigned suppliers
- Execute business planning cadence with identified sales leads
- Provide regular updates on performance metrics vs. targets
- Negotiate and manage tactical BBG budget to ensure effective investment spending
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Strong business planning and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of trade development fundamentals (supplier, sales, customer, and brand)
- Strong sales, finance, budget management, negotiation, and management skills
- Previous management experience and relevant cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management, etc.)
