We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DME Sales Representative/Marketer with a proven track record of success in the respiratory DME industry. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers, to drive sales of ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen, and other respiratory equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to increase referrals for respiratory DME equipment.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and home health agencies.
- Educate referral sources on the benefits of our products and services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the referral network.
- Provide in-services and product training to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and clinical staff, to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Track and report sales activity, referral trends, and market insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and reimbursement changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in DME sales/marketing, preferably in respiratory equipment (ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen, etc.).
