Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient communication within the office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Tasks to include:
-Speaking with clients daily
-Maximizing scheduling
-Administratively Assisting technicians needs in the field
-Submitting warranties
-Submitting Permits
-Supporting growth efforts in the office
-Daily financial recording in House Call Pro/QBO
-Part ordering and quotations
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to supervise and train staff effectively
- Proficiency in schedule management and calendar coordination
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
