Job Summary:
This Assistant Property Manager will provide support to Property Managers, Association Managers, General Managers, and other stakeholders across 5 signature Breckenridge Properties.

- Breckenridge Property Management is the premiere property management company in Breckenridge, providing comprehensive management services to both homeowner associations as well as individual homeowners renting their units on a short-term basis or part of the Home Care program
- The budgeted range starts at $56,485 - $63,147. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round

Job Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with PMs, building and maintaining relationships with homeowners to facilitate acquisition and retention of management agreements for vacation homes.
- In conjunction with the Association Manager, assist in building and maintaining relationships with various HOA boards as well as assisting in daily amenities operations (BMMA). Assist with Association Meeting preparations and communications.
- Assisting various stakeholders with processing invoices, ensuring on-time payments and clearing accruals as needed.
- Owning communication with various vendors and contractors, as well as outreach to new vendors as needed.
- Monitoring financials and assisting with homeowner billing to ensure accuracy and maximization of revenue.
- The assistant manager will gain a working knowledge of property management functions by working with the Vacation Rental Manager, the Revenue Management, Reservations and Front Desk teams to maximize rental revenue and occupancy.
- Perform routine property inspections, and assist with coordination of repair or maintenance work and communication with homeowner when appropriate.
- Own various homeowner communications and closely monitor PM email channels responding in a timely manner.
- Manage delinquency reports and provide updates to managers and owner accounting.
- Support new owners in onboarding and owner portal training.
- Schedule HOA meetings and create BEOs as needed.
- Participating in the interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching process as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least two years in a property management or administrative role.
- Strong communication and writing skills and extreme attention to detail and organization.
- Able to work independently with a self-starter mentality.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
The expected pay range is $56,485 - $63,147. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
