- Diagnosis and Repair:
- Inspect appliances and identify problems.
- Use tools and diagnostic techniques to determine the issue.
- Repair or replace faulty parts.
- Customer Service:
- Interact professionally with customers to explain issues, repair processes, and costs.
- Provide maintenance tips to prevent future issues.
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated with appliance models, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for repairs and installations.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
- Complete service forms and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Tools and Equipment:
- Use hand and power tools, testing devices, and specialty equipment.
- Keep tools and equipment in good working order.
- Safety:
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure all repairs are conducted to meet safety standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience: 1-3 years in appliance repair (preferred but not required).
