What You’ll Do:
- Edit YouTube videos using provided footage, enhancing visual appeal, pacing, and storytelling.
- Add motion graphics, animations, and effects to keep viewers engaged.
- Design custom thumbnails that grab attention and drive clicks.
- Optimize content for YouTube, including aspect ratios, color grading, and pacing.
- Work closely with our team to maintain consistency with branding and style guidelines.
- Turn around high-quality edits quickly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Video Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Graphic Design: Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for thumbnail creation.
- Storytelling Ability: Understanding of pacing, retention strategies, and audience engagement.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to fine-tune edits, transitions, and sound design.
- YouTube-Savvy: Familiarity with YouTube trends, algorithms, and what makes content perform.
- Fast Turnaround: Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
