The ideal candidate will contribute to successfully becoming a world leader in Simulation Training Systems for Emergency Management and Vehicle Operation in a range of markets, and grow the business through strategic planning, organizational development, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of a business unit
- Develop strategies and plans to meet organizational goals
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Monitor performance of unit and staff
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making
- Develop budgets and financial plans
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the unit
- Involvement in sales activities
Requirements:
- Able to motivate and lead the staff
- Several years of experience in a management role
- Proven track record of delivering results and achieving goals
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project
