Leasing Associate Role:
We are seeking a Leasing Associate to support our operations/asset management function at Brennan Investment Group. The Leasing Associate is responsible for the overall leasing and operations functions for assigned properties in the Chicago/Midwest industrial markets.

Brennan Investment Group is a private real estate investment firm that acquires, develops, and operates industrial properties in select major metropolitan markets throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and document new leases and renewals with tenants or third-party leasing agents.
- Manage tenant requests for assignments, subleases, name changes, terminations, and other issues.
- Prepare reports and host weekly leasing and property management calls.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies for the portfolio.
- Establish and foster strong relationships with brokers and tenants to promote occupancy and retention rate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
- 3-5 years of institutional asset management or leasing experience preferred.
- Industrial/commercial real estate work experience required.
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, and crisis diffusion skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
