Brennan & Rogers, PLLC is now accepting letters of interest and resumes for a legal assistant/secretary to assist with phones, scheduling, file closings, and general office administration. This position involves assisting staff in information gathering, document and file preparation, client communications, billing assistance, and more. At Brennan & Rogers, PLLC attorneys and staff work closely together, so we are committed to finding the right candidate to join our team. We are a small firm with growth potential. The ideal candidate possesses excellent writing and communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to quickly learn new technology platforms, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Education or experience in the legal field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
