About the Job :
A Manager at Brennan's is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations and service standards of our restaurant. We are seeking a high-energy individual to motivate our staff and supervise all aspects of the dining room and private dining rooms, ensuring staff and guest satisfaction.
About You :
- 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale concept
- High volume background is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Ensure excellent direction in the standards and practices of service at Brennan's
- Effectively open and close the physical operation
