As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs.
- Monitor purchase orders placed within the company for special need items, customer provided tooling, expedite charges, non-recurring engineering fees, and tooling charges.
- Communicate with all involved in special need items to ensure all levels of work are completed in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Able to calculate figures and amounts.
- Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
