Your Role & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA / QC Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine QA / QC & analytical testing, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of results, and maintaining compliance & laboratory best practices. This role involves working with advanced instrumentation, interpreting analytical data, and contributing to the overall success of the company's scientific endeavors.
Job Description
- Inspect and test raw / finished product and maintain records of inspections & tests for compliance with quality standards.
- Work with the production or operations team to correct and improve processes that lead to defects.
- Perform analytical testing in a laboratory environment following the company's SOP.
- Review and interpretation data to verify that is accurate and reasonable.
- Perform analytical calculations for reporting data into LIMS
- Perform instrumentation calibrations and / or basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Demonstrate and facilitate open and honest communication with the department and with employees at all levels of the company. Communicate regularly within the department on appropriate matters. Communicate with peer managers across the company.
- Maintain clean and orderly working environment.
