What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pricing Coordinator position at Brenntag Great Lakes, LLC?
YOU ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain, audit and update vendor master file and information
- Maintain, audit and update vendor special pricing (supports) and rebates (CUPS)
- Consolidate, request, and collect accrued rebates (CUPS) monthly and investigate differences in amounts requested and received, if any
- Maintain and manage special pricing for assigned customers. Adjusting with market changes.
- Research and resolve pricing discrepancies when a vendor price confirmation or invoice is different than expected.
- Provide assistance for entering vendor price increases into appropriate systems
- Provide assistance, as needed, of mass price changes or product changes
- Quote customers, or work with product management team, on products as requests come from the commercial sales team
- Manage customer sell prices to adjust to market price changes, increases or decreases in price
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma with some advanced education coursework (required), Associates degree or higher in finance, supply chain, mathematics, general business, or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years relatable administrative support experience
- Detailed-oriented mindset with critical thinking skills
- Strong initiative and organizations skills
- High sense of urgency, decisiveness
- The ability to gather, organize, interpret and collate data from multiple sources
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Have demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills
