What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
What needs to be done?
- Perform tests and troubleshoot performance, leaks and aesthetics of all Spencer blower and vacuum products.
- Maintain documentation as per established quality standards and engineering test specification.
- Perform trim balance.
- Work with a variety of calibrated gauges not limited to vibration meters, temperature probes, volt, and amp meters.
- Set up and break down of test fixtures using hoists, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
- Work with variable frequency drives.
- Set up and operation of fabricating machines, such as shears,

What do you need to bring?
- 2 plus years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read engineering documentation (drawings, test specification).
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be familiar with the operation and connection of low to medium three phase motors.
