Brescia University in Owensboro KY is searching for an entry level HR assistant to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities in the human resources department.

Qualifications are:
•
High School graduate or equivalent, Associate degree preferred
•
2 years of office coordination experience; 1 year of experience in human resources preferred
•
Microsoft proficiency; HR software experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Must be detail oriented with ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
•
Coordinates the new employee process from offer to 1st day of employment
•
Creates new employee profile in Paycom and assists employees with day-to-day questions and inquiries about Paycom
•
Maintains employee files, I-9 documents/E-verify compliance, conducts routine audits on employee files and others at the request of the HR Director
•
Provides support to the mailroom
