What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Coordinator position at Bressler Amery & Ross?
Job duties include:
- Answer, diagnose, and resolve incoming help desk calls.
- Document, track, and monitor issues.
- Respond to end user PC and telephone problems.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
- Move/setup PCs, telephones and other related equipment as needed.
- Assist in basic server troubleshooting.
- Ensure excellent communications between the IT Department and all colleagues at the firm.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Education:
- Associates degree: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three years' IT experience; law firm experience desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Windows Operating System
- Experience with File Site
- Working knowledge of Citrix
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and evaluative skills
- Flexibility to work during off-hours as needed to address end-user requests, system upgrades, etc.
