What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper/Landscaper position at Brethren Hillcrest Homes?
Working with a dedicated team of landscaping professionals, our Groundskeepers play a critical role in providing personalized attention to the landscaping of resident homes and common areas, presenting eye-pleasing, and satisfying views. Groundskeepers maintain the outside areas such as, gardens, lawns, plants, etc., of Hillcrest in a neat, attractive, and healthy condition. Groundskeeper Assists in maintaining landscape equipment.
Qualifications for groundskeepers include
- Knowledge of plant identification
- Turf maintenance, pruning, chemical application
- Experience in the repair, refurbishing, and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Criminal background screening (fingerprinting through the Department of Justice and FBI) completed and free of criminal convictions.
- Valid California driver's license, and in good standing. (Must be insurable by Hillcrest carrier.)
