Bilingual Customer Service - Spanish

Brett Dyche - State Farm Agency, located in Ottawa, IL is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Professional, fluent in both English and Spanish. This is a position focused on customer service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

This is an in-office position working 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Please only apply if you can make the commute to our agency located at : 1104 Columbus Street, Ottawa, IL 61350.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Answer phones and greet clients
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to uncover needs and educate customers about insurance options
