A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Triage RN for one of its Critical Access Hospitals. In this role, you will answer inbound phone calls from patients, schedule appointments, provide referrals, and act as a liaison between physicians, healthcare staff, and third parties as needed. Responsibilities:
- Triage phone calls from patients.
- Assessment of symptoms.
- Analyze urgency of needs.
- Advising simple treatments or referring them for immediate care in the Emergency Room or Physician’s office.
- Conduct Nurse-Only visits as requested by physician.
- Only RNs/LPNs will administer medications and injections
Qualifications:
- Active RN license.
- CPR Certification Required.
- Graduate of an accredited school is required.
- Current state license as appropriate is required
- CPR Certification required
