Submission Requirements
- 2 years or more CURRENT Family Medicine/Clinic Experience - Required
- Clinical Office Experience - Required
- PHONE Triage experience - Required
- EPIC EMR experience - HIGHLY Preferred
- Previous Travel - Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
