Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs for RVs and marine vehicles.
- Write repair orders, document customer concerns, and communicate with technicians.
- Provide accurate estimates on labor and parts for service repairs.
- Keep customers updated on repair status and notify them of any additional work needed.
- Ensure all service work is properly documented and closed out upon completion.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in an RV, marine, automotive, or service advising role preferred.
- Knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, towing) and/or marine mechanics is a plus.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using computer systems for service scheduling and inventory management.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership and service area for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Frequently lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs. (such as parts, accessories, or tools).
- Occasionally kneel, crouch, bend, or reach to inspect RVs and marine vehicles.
- Ability to climb in and out of RVs, boats, and truck beds as needed for show-throughs and inspections.
- Comfortable working indoors in an office/service area and outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
Compensation

$50,000 to $70,000 annually DOE
- Salary base plus commission
- $4,500/mo flat for first 60 days while training
