GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Position is responsible for helpdesk technical work providing support, installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software. Employee is under the general supervision of the Chief Information Officer or designee.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Provides frontline information technology support to end-users, address technical issues and answer inquiries; utilizing a helpdesk ticketing system
- Performs assistance to users on premises or remotely
- Installs and maintains PC workstations (Windows Operating Systems)
- Installs, configures and updates miscellaneous software applications
- Installs and configures printers (local and networked)
- Installs peripheral equipment such as scanners, signature pads, display adapters, etc.
- Troubleshoots hardware, operating software and core application software issues
- Maintains records and inventory
- Provides preventative maintenance based on department procedures
- Provides end-user support for Microsoft 365 products based on standard department procedures
- Provides end-user support for workstation operating system and related applications
- Installs network clients and troubleshoots basic network connectivity issues
- Enforces network security protocols
