Job Description: As a Barista at Brew and Balance Café, you'll play a vital role in creating a unique coffee experience that aligns with our focus on health and wellness. From serving up delicious beverages to fostering a welcoming atmosphere, you'll contribute to our mission of promoting balance and well-being for all who walk through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks, with a focus on quality and freshness
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care, ensuring each beverage is crafted to perfection
• Provide warm and attentive customer service, engaging with customers to understand their preferences and promote our wellness-inspired offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the preparation and serving areas, to uphold our high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with professionalism and integrity
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and supported

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Genuine passion for coffee and a commitment to promoting health and wellness through your work
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage with customers to enhance their experience
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
