We are currently looking for a dynamic, service minded Front of House Manager to join our team!
We want people that enjoy having a good time and creating a fun atmosphere for their guests and team members.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations during operating hours
- Closing/opening the facility
- Manage staff to a highly functioning team providing a high level of service and quality products.
- Recruiting, training, and continual motivation of staff
- Staff Scheduling
- Deliver superior guest service and hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction
- 5 day work week with flexible schedule
A qualified candidate demonstrates these qualities:
- A minimum of 2-year full service, restaurant management experience
- A desire to continually grow and develop in the position
- Self-starter; always looking for ways to improve our company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,689.00 - $54,379.00 per year
