We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee operations at a warehouse and distribution facility. Ideally, you will have a strong background in logistics and freight brokerage, excellent computer skills, and a proven track record in supervisory roles.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective storage, distribution, and inventory management.
- Coordinate and supervise staff , including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Manage logistics and freight brokerage activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Implement and maintain warehouse systems for inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse processes , implementing cost-saving measures and best practices.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
- Operate a forklift as needed to assist with warehouse operations.
