Operations Manager
We are searching for an Operations Manager, fluent in Korean and English, for a food manufacturer. The Operations Manager will meet and exceed customer expectations for on-time deliveries by governing all aspects of logistics, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse logistics.
- Manage the inventory master list, status, and cycle counts, while resolving any discrepancies.
- Responsible for inbound containers, samples, and packages, and outbounds, including customer deliveries, samples, and packages.
- Supervise warehouse and office team members.
- Foster positive relationships with freight partners and negotiate rates, schedules, and documents.
- Maintain documentation of all inbounds and outbounds, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing slips.
- Mentor and lead team members.
- Oversee accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Contact the landlord and property management regarding premises updates.
- Communicate cross functionally with partners to ensure operational effectiveness and prevent disruption.
- Ensure quality, health, and safety processes and procedures are maintained.
- Liaise with headquarters and external accountants.
