Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on account management and customer retention.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite.
