No sales required.
How You Will Contribute:
- Receive, process, and respond to customer inquiries regarding, but not limited to, existing policy questions, coverage change requests, requests for new policies, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, billing, payments, or any other service-related matters.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Document renewals, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the agency management systems. AMS360
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications. (including grammar and spelling)
- Detail oriented, multi tasker with an upbeat personality.
Requirement- NC Property & Casualty Producer Insurance License in good standing.
In office Monday - Friday 830am- 445pm (no remote working)
