This $4B publicly traded global manufacturing organization is looking to bring on an Accounting Supervisor to their team
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise work of a team of accountants and centralized lease accounting functions
- Support the full month end closing processes, reporting and account reconciliations in accordance with US-GAAP.
- Manage the full cycle accounting and lease accounting functions to include financial statements, reporting and consolidations
- Work with internal and external audit teams to help maintain and implement effective internal controls
- Cross-functional ad hoc support as needed
Qualifications:
- BS or BA Degree in Accounting/Finance or related and 6 - 10 years of experience
- Full cycle accounting and financial statements experience
- High preference of lease accounting (ASC 842) experience
Nice to have (plus):
- CPA designation
- Prior public accounting experience
- IFRS reporting
- SAP or Hyperion experience
